Meditation Class ( Salt Cave )

6 People Only - Reservation are a MUST ! Space is limited .

Let your stress and anxiety melt away in our beautiful Himalayan Salt Cave .
Beginners are welcomed ! We will practice using different breathing and relaxation strategies followed by a guided meditations . A Himalayan Tibetan Bowel will be used.

  • Deep relaxation and pain relief

  • Chakra balancing

This is a slower paced yoga class that allows you to focus on deepening your breathing and learning on how to be more present in your mind , body,and spirit .

This immediately triggers your parasympathetic nervous system right from the very first pose , This activation helps to mitigate the effects of the regular fight-or-flight stress response that can be damaging to your physiology and well-being, The overall calming effect on the nervous system sets a deeply relaxing tone for the class that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level.

This class includes meditation /breathing relaxation strategies . Beginner’s are welcomed! This is a small , intimate class setting where people will recive the one-on-one attention for proper form and alignment.
