This is a slower paced yoga class that allows you to focus on deepening your breathing and learning on how to be more present in your mind , body,and spirit .
This immediately triggers your parasympathetic nervous system right from the very first pose , This activation helps to mitigate the effects of the regular fight-or-flight stress response that can be damaging to your physiology and well-being, The overall calming effect on the nervous system sets a deeply relaxing tone for the class that comforts your mind and body down to the cellular level.
This class includes meditation /breathing relaxation strategies . Beginner’s are welcomed! This is a small , intimate class setting where people will recive the one-on-one attention for proper form and alignment.
a yoga mat is required ( there is a $5.00 Rental fee or you may bring your own) . Yoga props will be available ( blocks , bolsters,eye pillows, yoga strap,blankets).
